Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping time: Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues outside our control.

Free shipping: All orders ship free — no minimum required.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@velaaddis.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VelaAddis is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
