We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all QuickSleep UV-C Mattress Cleaner purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a return:
- Email us at support@velaaddis.com with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Conditions:
- Item must be returned within 60 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Damaged or misused items are not eligible for refund
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
